Terex Port Solutions (TPS) has launched a new website that presents its “one face to the customer approach” on the internet. As of now, customers can gain an integrated overview of the portfolio of the leading full-range supplier of port technology at The new website intentionally focuses on a clearly arranged  and easily accessible structure that mirrors the principle of customer focus of TPS, which is also reflected in the company’s sales and services structure based on go-to experts.

Website presents complete portfolio for everything “across the port”

On the website, the three sections of products, solutions and services take center stage. Here customers find the complete range of Terex® and Terex® Gottwald products, which covers not only all types of cargo but also all aspects “across the port” thanks to the combination of machines, software and services. In terms of customer focus, the website can generate fast contact with the respective Terex go-to expert.

Clear online positioning as a full-range provider

Peter Klein, Senior Manager Marketing at Terex Port Solutions, sees TPS clearly positioned with the launch of the website on the internet: “With we are now emphasizing in virtual terms our leading role as a provider of integrated solutions for the ports of the world and offer our customers access to our comprehensive range around the clock.”

CraneMag’s conclusion

The new website is clear and shows all the required information. It only remarkable that a new website in 2013 is not optimized for tablets and mobile phones. For example 30-35% of visitors browse here on their mobile device.

Also there are still some faults in the website, which should have been fixed directly after the launch. For the rest, a nice website.
