GENMA Delivered 1 Grab Ship Unloader to Indonesia

Recently, 1 unit 1000TPH grab ship unloader GGU1000 was delivered to cigading port of Indonesia from GENMA.

Grab ship unloader is a kind of common port equipments. With more than 10 years’ experience and deep know-how in port industry, GENMA has delivered 4000 units equipments to 20 countries worldwide. Nevertheless, the competitors in this bidding project are also very strong. GENMA finally got this order based on our optimal design solution which convinced the client to place the order.

Port of Cigading, belongs to Krakatau Steel Group, is a small-size seaport in Indonesia. The equipment will be used for gypsum and cement clinker unloading. Apart from the general function, pro-environment, lightweight design and cargo protection are also considered in this project.

There are 6 ship unloaders currently used in Cigading port, 4 of which with capacity of 700 TPH and 2 of which with capacity of 1500 TPH. Besides, 1 unit of 30 tons multi-purpose crane, 2 units of 20 tons double level luffing cranes and 2 units of 750 TPH portal harbor cranes are still in operation.
