Kato Works books a stand at CSPI 2026, Japan’s construction and survey products expo
Kato Works has confirmed it will take a stand at the eighth International Construction and Survey Products Expo, CSPI 2026, a four-day event held in June at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture. The crane maker says stand details will follow later.
Four days at Makuhari Messe
CSPI 2026 runs from Wednesday 17 June to Saturday 20 June 2026 at Makuhari Messe, the exhibition complex east of Tokyo that has hosted the show through its previous editions. It is the eighth time the International Construction and Survey Products Expo has been staged, and it remains one of the few Japanese trade fairs where domestic lifting and earthmoving manufacturers show working machines alongside surveying and site-productivity technology.
Line-up still to be announced
Kato Works has not yet said which machines it will bring to Chiba, and the notice on its website goes no further than confirming attendance. The company said additional information would be published on its own site closer to the event.
For visitors from the lifting sector, the interest lies in what Kato chooses to put on the stand. The manufacturer’s current catalogue is built around rough terrain cranes, its compact CityRange machines, all terrain cranes, truck cranes and crawler cranes, and its most recent launch of note is the 130-tonne KA-1300RX all terrain crane introduced in September 2025.
