ALE has appointed Paul Karlsen as the new Commercial Manager for the Scandinaviabusiness.
Paul, who started his career as Platoon Commander for the Norwegian Army, moved to sales in 1994 and has gained experience in the motor transport and agricultural industries, before joining the heavylifting industry in 2011 as a Key Account Manager and ALE in July 2016 as Commercial Manager -Scandinavia.
Speaking on his latest appointment, Paul Karlsen commented: “I’m delighted to join ALE, using my skills for large projects with an entrepreneurial-minded organisation. I’ll be working continue to grow our presence and develop our service offering to clients in Scandinavia.”
Darren Adams, Director – UK, said: “We would like to welcome Paul to ALE. Paul brings over 20 years of knowledge and sales experience which will push our strategy for development, investment and growth of the Scandinavia business and the ALE Group overall.”
Paul will be based in Velalsora, Norway.
