Zoomlion brought 16 machines to Vertikal Days 2026 at Newark Showground in Nottinghamshire, mixing mobile and tower cranes with its access line-up and using the UK lifting show to launch a digital parts platform for British customers.

Vertikal Days, the UK’s dedicated exhibition for cranes and aerial work platforms, saw one of the broadest line-ups on the Zoomlion stand to date. The Chinese manufacturer presented a total of 16 products across several categories, spanning aerial work machinery, engineering cranes and construction hoisting machinery.

Cranes alongside the access range

While the stand leaned heavily on access equipment tuned to European demands – scissor lifts, boom lifts, mast lifts and telehandlers, with an emphasis on electric drive – mobile cranes and tower cranes were also exhibited, giving European customers a wider view of the group’s lifting portfolio.

The single biggest draw, according to the manufacturer, was the ZT82 telescopic boom lift, which Zoomlion bills as the tallest in the world. Its working height brought a steady stream of professional visitors to the stand for enquiries.

Parts Mall makes UK debut

Beyond the hardware, the show marked the first public outing of the Zoomlion Parts Mall, a digital platform that lets UK customers identify, look up and order spare parts online. The company says the tool is part of a wider build-out of its British business systems covering sales, technical service, parts and warranty support.

Zoomlion ran the event with a combined team from its headquarters and its UK operation, a set-up the company says strengthens the link between its global resources and local market work. Customers, rental partners and other industry visitors used the show for discussions on product performance, applications and market demand.

UK business building up

The manufacturer describes its UK business as entering a new stage, with localised operations deepening on the back of the local team and the expanded service offering. For crane users, the message from Newark was that the brand intends to sell and support its lifting equipment in Britain with local infrastructure rather than from a distance.
